These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our Virtual Private Network (VPN) services ("Service"). By using our Service, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Service.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 4 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use our Service. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Description of Service
GuardMyHive VPN provides a VPN service that helps protect your online privacy and gives security by encrypting internet traffic and masking your IP address.

4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for illegal activities, including but not limited to hacking, fraud, distribution of malicious software, or copyright infringement.

  • Access content / web content using our VPN service that is not allowed by law of Your country, law of the country where the VPN server You used is located at, and law of the country where GuardMyHive is currently registered at (i.e., Australia).

  • Engage in activities that interfere with or disrupt GuardMyHive Pty Ltd services or its servers.

  • Share your account or credentials with others.

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations of country that You are connecting from (i.e., the country where you are currently located and using GuardMyHive VPN app from), connecting to (i.e., the country whose VPN server You are using to connect with) and country where GuardMyHive Pty Ltd is registered at (i.e., Australia).

5. Account and Security

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and login information.

  • You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

6. Privacy Policy
Our Privacy Policy https://GuardMyHive.com/privacy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using our Service, you acknowledge and accept our Privacy Policy.

7. Service Availability

  • We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

8. Subscription and Payment

  • Our Service may be offered on a free or subscription basis.

  • Subscription fees, billing cycles, and payment terms are outlined during the signup process.

  • We reserve the right to change pricing and will notify you in advance.

9. Refunds and Cancellations

10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GuardMyHive Pty Ltd and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

12. Third-Party Services
We may integrate with third-party services. We do not endorse or assume responsibility for third-party content or services.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our discretion, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. You would be provided reason as to why your account access is restricted when trying to log in.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
